Helperwoo Auto Scroll(이하 "본 앱")은 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여깁니다. 본 앱 자체는 이용자를 식별할 수 있는 어떠한 개인정보도 수집·저장·전송하지 않습니다. 다만 본 앱은 광고를 게재하며, 이를 위해 Google AdMob이 이용자의 기기에서 일부 정보를 수집할 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 아래 5. 광고 및 제3자 제공을 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.
본 앱이 직접 수집하는 항목은 없습니다. 구체적으로 다음 항목을 수집하지 않습니다.
단, 앱에 포함된 광고 서비스(Google AdMob)가 광고 게재 및 측정을 위해 광고 ID(AAID)와 기기·네트워크 정보를 수집할 수 있습니다. 이 정보는 본 앱의 서버가 아닌 Google로 직접 전달되며, 본 앱은 이를 열람하거나 별도로 저장하지 않습니다.
본 앱은 화면을 자동으로 넘기는 기능을 제공하기 위해 Android의 접근성 서비스(AccessibilityService)를 사용합니다. 이 기능은 반복적인 스와이프 동작이 어려운 이용자를 돕기 위한 것입니다.
본 앱이 접근성 서비스를 통해 수행하는 동작은 다음으로 한정됩니다.
본 앱은 화면에 표시된 내용을 읽어 저장하거나 외부로 전송하지 않습니다. 입력한 텍스트, 비밀번호, 화면 캡처 등 어떠한 화면 정보도 수집하지 않으며, 기록으로 남기지 않습니다.
본 앱은 화면 내용을 읽는 권한(canRetrieveWindowContent) 자체를
시스템에 요청하지 않습니다. 즉 개발자의 약속에 그치지 않고,
운영체제 차원에서 화면 내용에 접근할 수 없도록 되어 있습니다.
또한 광고 서비스에는 접근성 서비스를 통해 얻은 어떠한 정보도 전달되지 않습니다.
이용자가 선택한 스크롤 속도와 스크롤 방향 설정값이 기기 내부 저장소에만 보관됩니다. 이 값은 개인을 식별할 수 없는 단순 설정값이며, 기기 외부로 전송되지 않습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.
본 앱은 광고를 불러오기 위한 목적으로만 인터넷 권한(INTERNET)을
사용합니다. 자동 스크롤 기능 자체는 네트워크 없이 동작하며, 이용자의 설정값이나
화면 정보가 외부로 전송되는 일은 없습니다.
본 앱은 Google AdMob을 통해 광고를 게재합니다. AdMob은 광고 게재, 빈도 조절, 부정 클릭 방지, 성과 측정을 위해 다음과 같은 정보를 수집·이용할 수 있습니다.
이 정보는 Google이 자체적으로 수집·처리하며, 본 앱 개발자는 개별 이용자를 식별할 수 있는 형태로 열람하지 않습니다. Google의 데이터 처리 방식은 아래에서 확인하실 수 있습니다.
본 앱은 AdMob 외의 제3자에게 어떠한 정보도 제공하지 않으며, 별도의 분석 도구(SDK)를 포함하지 않습니다.
이용자는 언제든지 기기 설정 → 개인정보 보호 → 광고에서 광고 ID를 삭제하거나 맞춤 광고를 끌 수 있습니다. 이 경우에도 광고는 계속 표시되지만, 이용자의 관심사에 기반하지 않은 광고가 표시됩니다.
유럽경제지역(EEA), 영국 등 관련 법령이 적용되는 지역의 이용자에게는 앱 최초 실행 시 Google의 사용자 메시지 플랫폼(UMP)을 통해 동의 여부를 묻는 창이 표시되며, 이용자의 선택에 따라 맞춤 광고 여부가 결정됩니다.
본 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다. 본 앱은 Google Play의 '가족' 프로그램 대상 앱이 아닙니다.
본 방침이 변경될 경우 이 페이지를 통해 공지하며, 변경된 시행일을 상단에 표시합니다.

Helperwoo Auto Scroll ("the App") does not itself collect, store, or transmit any personally identifying data. The App does, however, display advertising, and Google AdMob may collect certain information from your device for that purpose. See 5. Advertising and Third Parties below.
The App itself collects nothing. Specifically, it does not collect identity information, location, device content, on-screen content, text you type, usage analytics, or crash logs.
The advertising service bundled with the App (Google AdMob) may collect your advertising ID (AAID) along with device and network information in order to serve and measure ads. This information goes directly to Google, not to any server operated by the developer, and the developer does not read or separately store it.
The App uses Android's AccessibilityService to perform scrolling gestures on the user's behalf. This assists users who have difficulty performing repeated swipe motions.
The App's use of this service is limited to:
The App does not read, record, store, or transmit any screen content. No text you type, no passwords, and no screen captures are collected or logged.
The App does not even request the permission to read screen content
(canRetrieveWindowContent). This is enforced by the operating system,
not merely promised by the developer. No information obtained through the accessibility
service is passed to the advertising service.
Your selected scroll speed and scroll direction are saved in the device's local storage only. These are non-identifying preference values, are never transmitted, and are deleted when you uninstall the App.
The App uses the INTERNET permission solely to load ads.
The auto-scroll feature itself works without a network connection, and neither your
settings nor any screen information is ever transmitted.
The App serves ads through Google AdMob. To deliver ads, cap their frequency, prevent invalid clicks, and measure performance, AdMob may collect and use:
Google collects and processes this data on its own. The developer does not access it in any form that identifies an individual user. See Google's documentation for details:
The App shares no information with third parties other than AdMob, and contains no separate analytics SDK.
You can delete your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads at any time via device Settings → Privacy → Ads. Ads will still appear, but they will not be based on your interests.
Users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and other regions with applicable regulations are shown a consent dialog on first launch via Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP), and their choice determines whether personalized ads are served.
The App is not directed at children under 14 and does not knowingly collect data from them. The App does not participate in Google Play's Families program.
Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
